Matt is a health and wellness enthusiast and coach with qualifications and a background in yoga, personal training and breathwork. Although it was the physical mastery of arm balancing poses that initially led him to yoga, Matt soon learned to love the real challenge of mastering the mind. He is drawn to strong hatha or vinyasa when he wants a workout and to work hard, as well as slow flow or yin style practices that require him to go deep and work within.
