Curious? you’ve come to the right place.
While we love children (both the human and four-legged kind), we kindly ask that you don’t bring them to class, or leave them outside on our beautiful balcony. We know, we know. We’re sad too!
Of course, this is not the case for our Mums & Bubs classes, where it would frankly be a bit odd if you didn’t bring a baby.
Byron Bay:
You’ll find showers and change room facilities for your pre or post-office workouts, located next to the pool on Easy Street. But don’t sweat it (literally) – you won’t sweat too much during our classes so you’ll be able to go get on with your day without a shower.
Ocean Shores:
Ocean Shores has its very own bathroom. (We know. So fancy.) It’s even big enough to get changed in! But as there’s only one, we’d suggest you pop your sweater and shoes on near the cubbies and leave the bathroom to number ones.
Byron Bay:
The Habitat Precinct has plenty of public parking spaces, and is easily accessible via public transport. Check out Byron Solar Train which runs from the town centre to North Beach Station on Bayshore Drive (a two minute walk from our studios!)
Ocean Shores:
You’re spoiled for choice at Ocean Shores! There are plenty of public parking spaces available right outside the studio. Or, park closer to No Bones and just try to resist the temptation after class. We dare you.
Of course! Our expert teachers are the best of the best. They’re trained to offer modifications for all levels, so you’re guaranteed to have a version of every exercise that works for you. If it’s your first class, you’ll probably find your thighs shaking pretty quickly. That’s normal! Take as many rest breaks as you like, and know that you’ll likely be a little sore tomorrow. That’s the point, right?
We recommend comfortable yoga, activewear or gym-appropriate clothing that you can move freely in. (We’re also partial to a pair of hot pants). You don’t need shoes (except for Dance Cardio) or grip socks as you’ll be practicing barefoot on a mat for most classes aside from Reformer.
Just yourself. We provide all mats and equipment, although you might like to bring a water bottle and a small towel. For our yin and yoga classes, you may also opt for a light cover up to keep you warm during savasana (although we do have a few blankets handy!)
Our doors open 15 minutes before class starts so you can relax, stretch and soak in the beautiful space before hitting the mat. Newbie? Let us know so we can help you get your equipment set up and give you a run down of how everything works. This is also the best time to chat to your instructor if you have any burning questions. Or Netflix recommendations. (We welcome those too!)
We like to kick things off on time. (Alarm snoozers, we see you). As well as reducing disruption to the other students, our instructors have a responsibility to ensure that everyone warms up properly and gets the most from their time with us. Our studio doors will close once our classes have commenced. Late entry is subject to the instructors’ discretion.
We’re all about good form to keep you safe from injury and to help you get the most out of every class. If you have any pre-existing conditions, are pregnant, or new to exercise, let your teacher know prior to class so we can keep an eye on you.
Our waitlist function allows you to reserve a spot in a full class. If someone who is booked into class cancels, the first person on the waitlist will be automatically bumped. Because of this, we ask that you only put your name on the waitlist if you’re available to attend the class. (This is especially important for our early morning classes!)
We do send out SMS and email notifications, but it’s always worth double-checking the app before heading into the studio.
Yes! It’s something we ask all members to be mindful of. If you can’t make it to class, please let us know with plenty of notice so that members on the waitlist can attend. If you cancel within two hours of class starting, your space will be unfilled. This is something we really want to avoid, as our classes are so popular.
