This class is less about the bubs and more about you, so bring a blanket or mat and toys to distract them while you carve out a little time for your body. Don’t worry if you can’t do the whole class – arrive when you can and leave when you need to. It will be very casual and we are understanding of your needs. It’s so much better to squeeze in 30 mins (or the whole 60 if you are lucky) than nothing at all.
